The workshop lays a foundational understanding of systemic racism, intersectionality and power and how having an anti-racist practice is key for creating safe and positive workplaces
Key topics:
Participants leave with a basic understanding of racial justice, power and intersectionality.
Participants are given the appropriate frameworks and language to support self-reflection on their anti-racist journeys.
Participants learn how to approach their work with a racial justice lens. They are encouraged to approach anti-racism work as an ongoing process, and invited to reflect on their own biases.
