Her recent work in the area of research and policy reform on sexual harassment and discrimination law has allowed her to complete an extensive project for the Respect@Work Council and Attorney-General's Department on damages and costs in discrimination litigation.
Prior to joining Maurice Blackburn, Madeleine was the Associate to Justice Ross, President of the Fair Work Commission.
