This course is the first in a package of 4 short courses designed to support ASU members who want to become workplace delegates. In Session 1, you will learn about Power & Organisation.
Each course will teach introductory organising skills that ASU representatives can start using in their workplace, which complement formal ASU Delegate Training. All sessions cover advice about becoming an ASU delegate, as well as what to expect from the role and are available on-demand in your ASU Career Launchpad member portal! Enrol today.

Investigate employer power and worker’s power - the difference between shared and conflicting interests
Key features and benefits of organised workplaces - including examples of organised and unorganised workplaces
