Felicity Sowerbutts
Felicity began working in the Australian trade union movement after studying Politics in the UK and working and volunteering for MPs and political campaign organisations. She has worked at the Victorian Trades Hall Council for more than a decade, leading the Campaigns Team through more election campaigns than she can count, serving as the Director of the Young Workers Centre, and now leading the Victorian Labour College - the training arm of Trades Hall. In her current role, she oversees the development and delivery of training that equips workers with the knowledge and skills to build safer and fairer workplaces.
Oscar Kaspi-Crutchett
Oscar Kaspi-Crutchett is a trade unionist and writer based in Melbourne. He is currently serving as the Senior Research Organiser at Victorian Trades Hall Council - the peak body of Victorian unions, where he helped publish the VTHC Antidote report. Antidote focusses on key threats and opportunities for working class power in the 21st century: including the far-right, democratic decay, and economic inequality. Oscar is an ardent believer in workers: and considers their movements to be society's single most effective instrument for achieving justice.
