This video on demand will examine bullying and intimidation in the workplace. Expert presenters Renata and Luke will begin by discussing the prevalence of bullying in workplaces and how bullying is classified as a workplace health and safety issue. Participants will then look at different types of workplace behaviors and learn to identify those that are bullying or intimidation. Renata and Luke will then approach bullying from a practical perspective, providing tools, resources and next steps to address bullying and intimidation in the workplace.
