About the presenter - Paris Dean
Paris Dean practices as a barrister in civil litigation, with a special interest in employment, industrial, work injury, discrimination, tenancy and administrative law at the South Australian Bar from Victoria Square Chambers.
In both 2022 and 2023 he was recognised as recommended counsel in Doyle’s Guide in the categories of “Insurance & Personal Injury - South Australia” and “Employment & WHS Law – South Australia”. He is extensively briefed by trade unions and those representing their members, workers and applicants alleging discrimination as well as social security recipients, tenants and NDIS participants and appear regularly in state and federal courts and tribunals on their behalf in arbitrations and trials.
